The main thing to bring to a session is an open mind. Some folks bring a notepad and pen. Once in a great while someone wishes to record the session and that is okay on a case-by-case basis when you ask ahead of the session. The more rested the better; if coming from work, allow time to leave work stresses at your worksite so you’ll be able to be more fully present during the session.

• All services are payable at time of service. We do not offer payment plans. Occasionally, reimbursement rates change or copays accrue due to insurance status changes. These will be billed to you and full payment expected at time of billing.
• We accept cash, checks and credit cards for payment at time of service.
• We only accept two insurances – Allegiance and Blue Cross-Blue Shield.
• Bring insurance card
• KNOW your COPAY status.
• KNOW your DEDUCTIBLE status.
• When there is a deductible outstanding under Allegiance or BCBS insurance plans, we expect full payment at time of service until deductible is met.
• For all other insurances, we are happy to give a paid receipt invoice with all necessary provider information for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement under out-of-network provider status. Contact your insurance company for how to submit out-of-network provider invoices.
