Clinical Services Fees
Individual sessions are $150/50 minutes.

Couple and Family sessions are $190/75 minutes.

Additional time is billed in 15 min increments at $40/15 minutes.

We accept two insurance companies, BCBS and Allegiance.  For more details how we handle other insurances, copays, and deductibles see: “How Does Payment Work?” at the bottom of the Services page.

Legal & Court Fees
We do not offer services related to any legal or court generated overlaps into therapeutic services.

In the rare event we make an exception, any and all time spent, whether in-person communications or written communications addressing legally generated issues will require an advance $750 cash retainer, to be immediately replenished when exhausted before continuing any further work. Fees are:

• $750 initial retainer
• $105 minimum charge for each interaction whether in-person, by phone, video conferencing, or any written communications which will buy 30 minutes of work; after the first 30 minutes the rate goes to $3.50/minute.
• Travel Time to and from = minimum 30-minute fee = $105 Vehicle Mileage is at no cost if within 5 miles of office.  Greater than 5 miles from office will be charged at an additional $.95/mile (first 5 miles no cost) to location required and return to office.  To be clear, all travel time after the first 30 minutes will be charged at $3.50/minute in addition to above stated vehicle mileage reimbursement to and from my office.
